Tara Flory, Lawrence, and Darin Pearson, Williamstown, were married May 16, 2009, at Free Methodist Church in Lawrence, with the Rev. Rick Burchham and Merle Flory officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Cheryl Flory, Lawrence, and the late Eldon Flory.
The groom is the son of Gary and Janis Pearson, Williamstown.
Maid of honor was Karen Flory. Best man was Daryl Pearson. Bridesmaids were Tori Pearson, Rebecca Skinner, Staci Hoisington Root and Tacy Gray Fleury. Groomsmen were Trent Flory, Conrad Roberts, Paul Juedes and David Juedes. Junior groomsmen were Weston Flory and Tucker Flory. Candlelighters were Debbie Pearson, Adrianne Houdek and Shelle Verkler.
Bride’s personal attendant was Kelly Carr. Assistant to the groom was David Dunn. Honorary couple were Shawn and Tiffany Ball. Ushers were Steve Flory, Ralph Flory, Kent Morgison and Greg Wyatt. Flower girl was Susannah Flory. Ringbearer was Collin Flory. Scripture readers were Amy Brooker and Kristi Reimer. Program attendants were Valerie Schlotfeldt and Mimi Urish. Guest book attendants were Corey Ann Dunn and Elizabeth Johnson. Gift attendants were Addie Juedes and Amber Dann.

A reception was given at the Flory Family Farm in Baldwin City.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Lawrence High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from John Brown University in 1997 and a master’s degree in teaching and leadership from Kansas University in 2005. She is a reading specialist in the De Soto School District.
The groom is a 1987 graduate of Perry-Lecompton High School and earned an associate degree from Dodge City Community College in 1990. He is the golf course superintendent of Alvamar Country Club.
The couple reside in Lawrence.
