Megan Ruth Holmes, Halstead, and Daniel Andrew McGraw, Lawrence, were married July 18, 2009, at Northside Church of Christ in Wichita, with the Revs. Toby Levering and Chris Altrock officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Joe and Carol Holmes, Halstead.
The groom is the son of Michael and Sheryl McGraw, Memphis, Tenn.
Matrons of honors were Joanna Lacanlale and Sara Dockery. Best man was Peter McGraw. Bridesmaids were Amy Fitzgerald and Leah Killebrew. Groomsmen were Jonathan Teel, Josh Shepherd and Robert Meyer. Flower girl was Katelynn Dockery. Ring bearer was Joseph Dockery.
A reception followed in the fellowship hall at the church.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Halstead High School and plans to complete a communication studies degree from Kansas State University in December.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Ridgeway High School in Memphis. He earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and vocational ministry from Harding University, Searcy, Ark., in 2004., and a master’s of divinity degree from Harding University’s Graduate School of Religion, in Memphis, in May 2008. He serves as the campus minister for Hawks for Christ at Kansas University.
The couple reside in Lawrence.
