A motorist drives by the aptly named Climate Storage self-storage business on East 23rd Street at about 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Lawrence was storing about 6 inches of snow following the first snowstorm of the year.

Some school districts have decided to cancel classes and activities on Wednesday due to cold weather in the forecast and concerns that road conditions may still be poor following Tuesday’s large snow storm. Here’s a look at selected closings or delays for Wednesday, Jan. 10:

• Lawrence Public Schools have canceled classes and all activities.

• Baldwin City public schools have canceled classes and also postponed planned high school athletic contests scheduled for the evening.

• Eudora public schools have canceled classes.

• Perry-Lecompton public schools have canceled classes. The district plans to release an update tomorrow on the status of planned after-school activities.

• Bishop Seabury Academy has canceled classes.
