November 3rd Overnight Law Enforcement & Fire/Medical wrap up

A little bit more activity this morning.

Police were called to investigate a non injury accident in the 700 block of New Hampshire Street just before 3:20 a.m..

Just after 3:30 a.m., a caller advised LPD of damage to a business in the 900 block of Massachusetts Street. Officers arrived and said it did not appear anyone had entered the building and only damaged it. Police remained out at that scene until just before 4:15 a.m..

Other than that, it was a pretty quiet early morning. A few vehicle stops, pedestrian checks and small disturbances. No serious injuries or the use of weapons were reported with any of the activity that I heard.

The activity blogged here is only a sampling of some of the things that Douglas County Law Enforcement and Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical respond on. To see a complete list of Lawrence Police activity, the department has that available on their website along with several easy to use maps that show approximate locations for Police activity.
