Another morning with everything pretty quiet after 2 a.m..

Lawrence Police responded on a disturbance in the 1000 block of E 24th Street. No weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.

Officers also checked a noise complaint, in the 2500 block of Prairie Elm Drive, and reports of criminal damage to property in the 1500 block of W 22nd Terrace.

LDCFM responded on at least three medical related emergencies early this morning as well.

Lawrence Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a possible witness to a November 6th injury accident at 19th Street and Iowa Street. More information on this can be found here.

Law Enforcement throughout Kansas will be stepping up patrols this coming holiday weekend (Wednesday-Sunday). More information on this effort can be found here.

None of this morning’s activity, that I heard, resulted in any serious injuries or involved the use of any weapons.
