A pretty quiet morning in Lawrence.

Police responded on a few burglaries, disturbances, noise complaints and car stops.

Just after 1 a.m. Police made a DUI arrest in the 600 block of Vermont Street. The vehicle was stopped by a LPD Officer on routine patrols when he spotted the vehicle driving erratically.

Around 2 a.m. Police responded to the 4300 block of west 24th Place on a report of gunshots heard in the area. Two officers responded to the area and a report number was issued. It was unclear if anyone was taken into custody.

No serious injuries were reported during any overnight activity in Douglas county.
