That connection led to his hiring by Young to run the Ticat business operations in late 2003._¢ A former Kansas University law instructor, Shirley Goza, has been named as managing director of Quality Litigation Services, an Overland Park-based group that formed when Quality Group of Cos. purchased Focus Trial & Settlement Solutions, according to the Kansas City Business Journal._Goza, who also is general counsel for Quality Group of Cos., has 20 years of experience as a lawyer and has taught law classes at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Kansas._
