Three men stabbed on Mass.

Law enforcement report¢ A 34-year-old woman is in Douglas County Jail after allegedly stabbing three men with a three-inch folding knife Monday night on Massachusetts Street. Witnesses told police that a group of three men argued with a woman and her companion before the stabbing outside Harbor Lights, 1031 Mass. A 21-year-old Lawrence man was treated and released at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, and his two 21-year-old companions, one from Lawrence and the other from Overland Park, were treated at the scene.Alcohol is being investigated as a contributing factor. Burglaries and thefts reported¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence woman reported the theft of $1,600 in computer equipment from her residence in the 600 block of Gateway Court Saturday. Items stolen included a Sony Vaio laptop, valued at $1,000.¢ A 40-year-old Lawrence man reported $1,400 in damage and theft from his residence in the 1300 block of Tennessee early Tuesday. A window, valued at $100, was broken in, and $800 worth of leather coats and $500 in men’s clothing were stolen, reports said.Injury accidents¢ A pedestrian, who was struck in the 700 block of New Hampshire around 12:25 a.m. Sunday, was treated and released. The 24-year-old victim, Janee V. Henderson, Kansas City, Kan., was hit when she was walking west across the street. She had almost reached the sidewalk, when a Volkswagen Jetta, driven south by Michael D. Tiffany, 25, Lawrence, struck her. Henderson was treated and released from Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was cited for unlawfully being in the road.
