Kansas women’s basketball falls to West Virginia

The Kansas women’s basketball dropped its 9th straight game in a 75-61 home loss to West Virginia on Saturday.

Kylee Kopatich and Christalah Lyons were the only players to score in double figures with each putting up 17 points. Austin Richardson added 9 points off of 3-for-7 clip from 3-point range.

The Mountaineers were led by Naomi Davenport, who scored a game-high 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting.

Kansas will go on the road to face Iowa State in the Jayhawks regular season finale at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
