Kansas volleyball beat Long Beach State 3-1 on Friday at Lockhart Arena on day two of the Wolverine Invitational (17-25, 25-19, 25-14, 25-23).

Senior outside hitter Kelsie Payne contributed 20 kills and 3 blocks. This was her third 20-kill performance so far this season. Senior outside hitter Madison Rigdon followed close behind with 17 kills, 13 digs and 2 blocks.

Senior setter Ainise Havili made 52 assists and 14 digs.

Kansas will finish the Wolverine Invitational this morning. First serve is at 10:30 a.m. Central time against Montana.
