Lawrence City Commission work session to start early because of election
The Lawrence City Commission work session will start earlier than usual on account of Election Day.
The commission holds regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The second Tuesday of the month is dedicated for work sessions, during which commissioners talk about issues but don’t vote on them.
City commissioners will hold their monthly work session at 4 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 6 E. Sixth St.
