Chamber announces newly elected members for 2016 Board of Directors

The Chamber of Lawrence has announced its 2016 Board of Directors.

The new board lineup — which holds a number of men and women from both professional and volunteer positions throughout the community — officially began their tenure at the first of the year, the chamber said in a release. Each member will serve on the board for the coming year.

Moving forward the board will focus on leadership, advocacy and growth, the release said.

Executive officers for the 2016 board are as follows:

  • Chair – Cal Karlin, Barber Emerson.
  • Incoming Chair – Jason Edmonds, Edmonds Duncan Registered Investment Advisors.
  • Treasurer – Michele Hammann, SS&C Solutions.
  • Past Chair – Brad Finkeldei, Stevens & Brand.
