Austin, Texas ? With the threat of severe weather in Austin late Saturday night and into Sunday, Texas officials elected to alter the schedule for this weekend’s conference baseball series between the Jayhawks and Longhorns at UFCU Disch Falk Field.

Sunday’s contest has been moved to Friday. The two teams will play a doubleheader starting at 4 p.m. The nightcap of that two-game set will start 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. Saturday’s originally scheduled 4:30 p.m. start will remain the same.
