Baldwin City ? Adonis Powell ran for 122 yards, Clarence Clark caught two touchdown passes from Nick Marra, and Baker University defeated MidAmerica Nazarene, 38-19, on Saturday in Heart of America Conference football.

Fourth-ranked Baker improved to 7-1 overall and 2-0 in the conference, and MidAmerica fell to 3-5 and 0-2.

Marra completed 20 of 40 passes for 261 yards, including touchdown strikes of 35 yards to Damon Nolan and 17 and 62 yards to Clark.

Kharon Brown, Alex Baird and Avery Parker all had interceptions. Brown had 14 tackles. Tyrell Everett had three tackles for loss including two sacks.

The Wildcats will celebrate Senior Day on Saturday against Central Methodist at 1 p.m. at Liston Stadium.
