Lawrence Preservation Alliance gives awards Thursday
The Lawrence Preservation Alliance will honor the 2015 winners of its Preservation Achievement Award from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Cider Gallery, 810 Pennsylvania St.
The award, presented every other year, honors individuals or groups that have contributed to the preservation of buildings or natural sites important to the history of Lawrence and Douglas County. This year’s honorees are Dennis Domer, Michael Shaw, and David and Susan Millstein.
