City plans to close stretch of Learnard Avenue on Monday
City utilities crews will close Learnard Avenue, between E. 15th Street and Forrest Avenue, on Monday, Jan. 12.
According to a city release, the closure will allow crews to finish removing an old water line and complete installation of a new water line.
Crews may also close the street periodically throughout the week for road repairs. Detours will be in place during all closures.
