Parade of Homes continues this weekend

The Lawrence Home Builders Association will continue the second half of its Fall Parade of Homes this weekend.

Eighteen properties can be toured for free from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The new homes range in price from $169,000 to $529,900. Properties available for construction at two developing subdivisions also range from $39,500 to $82,500.

Fifteen properties are between Bob Billings Parkway and Eisenhower Drive in West Lawrence. Two others are northeast of Martin Park, and another is at Lazy Brook Lane.

The first weekend for the tour drew an “excellent turnout; a lot of people are interested,” said Bobby Flory, executive director of the Lawrence Home Builders Association.
