• Grandstand Glassware and Apparel has been named a finalist for the Governor’s Award of Excellence, according to a statement from the Lawrence chamber of commerce. The award is given out by the Kansas Department of Commerce to recognize contributions to the local and state economy. Grandstand specializes in decorated glassware and apparel for industries such as craft brewing, restaurants, hospitality and others.
