Des Moines, Iowa ? Kansas University junior Michael Stigler earned another title in the 400-meter hurdles on Saturday at the Drake Relays.

Stigler, undefeated in the event this year and winner of nine of his last 13 college races dating back to last season, finished in 49.47.

The Kansas women’s 4×100 relay team ran into some trouble following its top qualifying time on Friday. The handoff between Tianna Valentine and Sydney Conley on the final lap went outside the exchange zone and the team was disqualified.
