Kansas University’s volleyball team was ranked No. 23 nationally in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 Poll on Monday. The (14-4, 4-1) Jayhawks were ranked No. 20 in the preseason poll.

The highest ranking in program history occurred almost exactly a year ago when the Jayhawks broke through at No. 17 on Oct. 22.

KU improved to No. 11 in RPI on Monday. The Jayhawks travel to Texas Tech on Wednesday.
