KU soccer player on academic team

Kansas University senior soccer forward Caroline Kastor has been named a Capital One Academic All-District selection by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Kastor was named to the second team of the NCAA Div. I’s seventh district for the second consecutive season.

The Capital One Academic All-District teams recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their performances athletically and in the classroom and are divided into eight geographic districts across the United States and Canada. To be eligible for the team, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade-point average above 3.3 and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team’s contests.
