• The Willow Domestic Violence Center is seeking volunteers for a wide variety of roles, such as providing direct service to residents at the shelter, supporting art programs and children’s activities, administrative assistance, meeting with survivors in the community and answering the crisis line. • The Kansas Half Marathon is looking for 300 volunteers (individuals or groups) to help with the event on Sunday, April 21. Volunteers are needed to assist with packet distribution the day before and day of the race, as aid station workers and course monitors during the race, and to help with food and awards.
