Ballard Community Services is looking for volunteers to help its mobile food pantry.

The mobile food pantry, held once a month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 1930 Harper St., provides food for low-income residents and their families.

Ballard Community Services is looking for people willing to work for five hours at one of these events.

Upcoming dates for the mobile food pantry are Wednesday, March 20, April 17 and May 15.
