Great Bend The suspect in the death of a Great Bend teenager has lost most of his telephone and visitation privileges.
A judge removed the privileges for 36-year-old Adam Longoria because he called a television station last week after attending a court hearing.
Longoria is charged with capital murder in the August 2010 death of Alicia DeBolt. Her burned body was found near an asphalt plant near Great Bend.
Barton County District Judge Hannelore Kitts issued the order after Longoria called the station last week. He criticized DNA testing in his case and suggesting the real killer was still on the loose.
The Hutchinson News reports that the judge's order allows Longoria's immediate family to call or visit him in the Sedgwick County jail after they contact his attorneys.
