Memorials set for soldiers in crash

? Soldiers killed in the military helicopter crash in Afghanistan are being remembered this week in Kansas.

Friends and family of Navy SEAL Matt Mason attended his funeral Wednesday in the Kansas City suburb of Leawood. Today, Army Spc. Spencer Duncan will be honored at services in his hometown of Olathe.

On Friday, funeral services for Army helicopter pilot Bryan Nichols will be in Hays, where Nichols grew up and graduated high school.

The men were killed when a Chinook from Olathe was shot down by a rocket-propelled grenade, killing the 30 Americans and eight Afghans aboard.

Also killed in the attack was Army Spc. Alex Bennett of Overland Park.
