Wichita ? A new house is on the market in Wichita but the seller isn’t looking to make a personal profit.

The proceeds of the sale of the House Against Hunger will help fight world hunger.

Rod Chrystie, chairman of the Kansas Mennonite Relief Sale, says the house is listed for $169,900. If it sells, nearly $145,000 of that will feed the hungry, with the other $25,000 funding the next House Against Hunger.

The Wichita Eagle reports that the house was funded by an annual auction of donations from more than 70 Mennonite, Brethren in Christ and Amish groups in Kansas. The proceeds go to the Mennonite Central Committee, which works to relieve hunger.

More than 100 people toured the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house during an open house over the weekend.
