3 children hurt in drive-by shooting northwest of downtown KCK

Police in Kansas City, Kan., are seeking help in solving a drive-by shooting that wounded three young children and an adult.

All four were expected to survive. They’ve been identified only as an adult male and three children younger than 10 years old.

The shootings happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday at a home northwest of downtown. Kansas City, Kan., police say several people were inside when a car pulled up and someone began shooting at the house.

No arrests had been made by Thursday afternoon.
