Cause determined in Tuesday morning house fire
Officials at Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical have identified the cause of a Tuesday morning house fire in the 1000 block of Jana Drive.
Firefighters said an electrical failure related to a laptop computer and its power supply caused the fire at 1036 Jana Drive.
Damage is estimated at more than $26,000.
