University Bridge Club announces results of its Dec. 4 meeting with hosts Walt and Jo Anne Hicks and Marc and Cora Kuepker.

Blue winners: John Stark, first; Bebe Huxtable, second; Virginia Williams, third; Donna Gatts, fourth; and Bonnie Haney, fifth.

Pink winners: Willi Stark, first; Carol Smith, second; Alice Akin, third; Jo Anne Kready, fourth; and Rhetta Jo Noever, fifth.

The Over the Rainbow Doll Club met Dec. 4 at Three Sisters’Inn in Baldwin City for their annual Christmas luncheon followed by a gift exchange. Fifteen members and guests attended. T’was the Night Before Christmas poem adaptation for a right and left game was played. Members gave donations for Just Food and Warm Hearts. The next meeting will be Jan. 13, where final preparations for the Girl Scout badge earning event, on Jan. 29, will be completed.
