KU chancellor offers condolences to student’s family, friends
Kansas University officials released a statement Tuesday after the death of student Bobby Weiss, 20.
Weiss, a sophomore from Colby, died Sunday at his off-campus residence. He was majoring in biology.
“It is with a heavy heart that I offer condolences to the family and friends of Bobby Weiss on behalf of the entire University of Kansas community,” Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little said in a statement. “His loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers.”
