University Bridge Club announces results of its Nov. 7 meeting, with hosts Marc and Cora Kuepker, Ruth Harwood and Bebe Huxtable.

Blue winners were Al Smith, first; Lois Liebert, second; Florence McNicoll, third; Bebe Huxtable, fourth; and George Bocquin, fifth.

Pink winners were Myrna Ikenberry, first; Hazel Stellmacher, second; Wanda Kring, third; Cora Kuepker, fourth; and Ailene Bocquin, fifth.

Overbrook Rotary Club will host a chili feed and melodrama on Nov. 21 at the Overbrook Attendance Center, 202 W. Seventh St., in Overbrook. The chili supper will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the performance will begin at 7 p.m. Each event is $4.

The Wednesday Afternoon Duplicate Bridge Club’s game on Nov. 4 was attended by 13 tables of players. The game was directed by Chris Lane. North-South winners were Klee Zaricky and Betty Collier, first in A and B; Bobby Patton and Ed Howard, second in A; Lester Dalton and Mary Fenlon, third in A and second in B; Gary Joyce and Mark Osborn, fourth in A and third in B; Charles Hedges and Chris Lane, fifth in A and fourth in B; Ann Thompson and Dick Shaffer, first in C; and Angie Davidson and Patricia Lechtenberg, second in C.

The Thursday Morning Mentor Duplicate Bridge Club’s game on Nov. 5 was directed by Lester Dalton. Winners were Barbara Figgins and Debbie Bettinger, first; Virginia Seaver and Earle Core, second; Dick Shaffer and Lester Dalton, third; Virginia Eddy and Jean Khatib, fourth; and Ed Howard and Bobby Patton, fifth.

The Friday Afternoon Duplicate Bridge Club’s game on Nov. 6 was directed by Virginia Seaver. The Monday Evening Duplicate Bridge Club’s game on Nov. 9 was directed by Virginia Seaver.
