Ballard Community Services will be host to its community recognition and award ceremony from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 3 in the Summerfield Room of Kansas University’s Adams Alumni Center, 1266 Oread Ave.
The featured speaker is Bill Snyder, former Kansas State University head football coach.
Ballard Community Services is a nonprofit organization that provides an early education program and social services to families and individuals in need.
