KU law student remembered

Kansas University leaders expressed condolences on Monday for the family of Andrew Mullin, a second-year law student who died Friday at his home in Lawrence.

“Andrew was interested in media and entertainment law and was known by his friends and teachers for his dry wit and ability to turn a phrase,” said Gail Agrawal, dean of the KU School of Law, in a statement. “He will be sorely missed by his friends at Green Hall, and the entire law school community is mourning his loss.”

Mullin graduated with distinction with a bachelor’s degree in English from KU in 1998. A memorial service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Asbury Methodist Church, 5400 W. 75th St., in Prairie Village.
