A second son, Manuel II, has been crowned and apparently retains control over the situation. : Frank Schneck has been arrested and taken to Franklin County as a suspect in the murder of his wife. He was arrested here and transported to Ottawa. A woman here is also to be considered in the case. : The accumulation of filth on Massachusetts Street today makes it appear the controversy over how best to clean the streets resulted in a decision not to clean them at all.
