Chicago markets

Wheat futures fell sharply for the second straight session Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for December delivery dropped 15.5 cents to $8.45; December corn fell 9.75 cents to $3.4675; December oats rose 2.25 cents to $2.79; November soybeans rose 2.75 cents to $9.4125. On the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, October live cattle shed 0.05 cent to 94.67 cents; October feeder cattle fell 0.18 cent to $1.1652; October lean hogs rose 0.20 cent to 65.40 cents; February pork bellies rose 2.25 cent to 89.47 cents.
