Susan Rieger took over as artistic director of the 940 dance company this summer, but a Saturday performance at the Lawrence Arts Center, 940 N.H., will mark the first time local audiences will have a chance to see her work – performed by five new dancers and one company veteran. “Tomorrow, Greener Grass,” a piece created by Rieger for six dancers, will be among the works presented during the 16th annual Choreographers’ Showcase. Workshops and master classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. An informal showcase begins at 4:30 p.m., and the professional showcase takes the stage at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $13.50 for adults and $7 for students/seniors.
