Faith groups staging food drive

Several local faith groups are combining efforts for “Food for All,” a food drive centered around Thanksgiving.

People are asked to contribute nonperishable food items to Alderson Auditorium in the Kansas Union from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The event is sponsored by the Community Religious Alliance of Lawrence, Ecumenical Christian Ministries and Just Food of Lawrence.
