Sunday’s Art in the Park will include a few canine contributions, with help from a Lawrence pet store.

Pawsh Wash, 1520 Wakarusa Drive, is working with Lawrence Parks and Recreation and the Lawrence Humane Society to organize Bark in the Park, an event featuring information from area pets businesses.

Scheduled participants include pet sitters, doggie day care providers, a holistic veterinarian, dog trainers and pet food specialists. Pawsh Wash owners Amber and Nichele Nickel plan to offer information for dog-bite prevention.

Pets also can create “Paw Prints” paw painting to raise funds for the human society.
