Customer service employee retiring

Coleen Good has announced her retirement after 22 years at CEK Insurance, Lawrence.

As a commercial customer service representative, Good has been responsible for preparing quotations, counseling clients and providing service on accounts.

Good began her insurance career in Lawrence with Charlton, Holmes, Peck and Brown in 1972, then continued it in McPherson until her return to Lawrence in 1985 to join CEK.

She has earned three designations: certified customer service representative (CISR), associate in underwriting (AU) and accredited advisor in insurance (AAI).
