Cecil Kingsley, Lawrence, has been reappointed to serve a four-year term on the State Board of Technical Professions.

Kingsley, vice president for BG Consultants in Lawrence, will remain on the board in a term that expires June 30, 2011.

The board registers and licenses engineers, architects, surveyors and landscape architects in Kansas.
