Lt. Col. Derek Rogers, of the 190th Air Refueling Group in Topeka, has been promoted to the rank of colonel. Rogers has served in the Kansas Air National Guard for 24 years and is the maintenance group commander.

A promotion ceremony is set for 10:15 a.m. today at Forbes Field in Topeka, Building 662.

¢The Seventh Armored Division Association will conduct the Army division’s 61st annual reunion from Sept. 27 to Oct. 1 in Virginia Beach, Va.
