The Interagency Network for Aging will conduct a Legislative Forum from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m.

All declared candidates for state legislative offices representing areas of Douglas County have been invited to attend the event, where they will be asked to address issues critical to seniors and answer questions from people in the audience.

Serving as moderator will be Rosemary Kennedy Chapin, a professor and director of the Office of Aging and Long Term Care at Kansas University.
