Shipment of flu vaccine arrives in Lawrence
The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department has received a new shipment of flu vaccine.
A flu shot clinic will be from 10 a.m. to noon today at the health department, 200 Maine.
Two more flu shot clinics are scheduled for Tuesday. One will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Lecompton United Methodist Church, 402 Elmore St.; and the second one will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Indian Hills Church of God, 601 W. 29th Terrace.
Some flu clinics were canceled earlier because of delayed shipments of vaccine.
