AIDS Walk today
The Douglas County AIDS Project will host the 2006 AIDS Walk at Maceli’s, 1031 N.H, beginning at 8:30 a.m. today.
The walk route stretches through downtown and will conclude with a free brunch at the restaurant.
All proceeds from the walk will go to support the services of the project, which include case management for those who are HIV positive, prevention education and free counseling and testing.
Registration for the walk is at 7:30 a.m. today at Maceli’s.
