Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures retreated Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower. Wheat for December delivery remained unchanged at $2.97 a bushel; December corn fell 1 cent to $1.89 3/4 a bushel; December oats rose 4 1/2 cents to $1.80 1/2 a bushel; January soybeans fell 7 3/4 cents to $5.54 1/4 a bushel. Beef and pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle rose .67 cent to 92.62 cents a pound; January feeder cattle rose 1.62 cent to $1.1602 a pound; December lean hogs rose .70 cent to 62.55 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose .30 cent to 88.45 cents a pound.
