At least the Kansas Jayhawks didn’t lose in the first round of the NIT!

OK, that’s pretty cute: Missouri people buying up T-shirts commemorating Bucknell University’s NCAA Tournament victory over the Kansas Jayhawks. It seems, however, that Missouri fans, whose team failed to even make the NCAA field this year, don’t have much to brag about.

Most people can’t even remember the name of the school that beat the Missouri Tigers in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. Oh, yeah, it was DePaul. Funny that no one at DePaul apparently thought a victory over Missouri in the NIT was worth printing up a T-shirt for.

Oh, well, as Missouri pranks go, wearing a taunting T-shirt ranks as good clean fun. We still love our Jayhawks. We’ll see you Tigers on the basketball court next season.
