Wanda Karen Caruthers, Wellsville

Wellsville ? Services for Wanda Karen Caruthers, 63, Wellsville, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Wilson’s Funeral Home in Wellsville. Burial will follow in the Wellsville Cemetery.

Mrs. Caruthers died Friday, March 11, 2005, at the Wellsville Manor.

She was born April 22, 1941, in Miami County, the daughter of Columbus Clyde and Beatrice L. Todd O’Connor. She attended the Rock Creek Country schools and later Wellsville High School.

Mrs. Caruthers worked at Dot Manufacturing and later for S.O.R. Inc. in Olathe for more than 20 years.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Wellsville.

She married Harold Wayne Caruthers on Dec. 1, 1957, in Wellsville. He died March 12, 2004.

Survivors include two daughters, Lynne Edie, Palmdale, Calif., and Loriee Kraft, Ottawa; three sons, Russ Caruthers and Rod Caruthers, both of Wellsville, and Raymond Caruthers, Quenemo; a sister, Kay Caruthers, Wellsville; nine grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson’s Funeral Home.
