Chicago Board of Trade
Soybean futures jumped Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mixed. Wheat for May delivery rose 2 1/4 cents to $3.40 1/2 a bushel; May corn fell 1/4 cent to $2.19 a bushel; May oats fell 1/2 cent to $1.56 a bushel and May soybeans rose 14 cents to $6.27 1/4 a bushel.
Beef futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures declined. April live cattle rose .30 cent to 86.80 cents a pound; April feeder cattle rose .35 cent to 99.22 cents a pound; April lean hogs fell .60 cent to 74.65 cents a pound; May pork bellies fell .05 cent to 90.85 cents a pound.
