Grain and soybean futures slipped lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery fell 6 1/4 cents to $3.27 a bushel; September corn fell 7 1/2 cents to $2.34 a bushel; September oats fell 1/4 cent to $1.74 1/4 a bushel; August soybeans fell 15 cents to $6.69 1/2 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures finished mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell .30 cent to 79.12 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose .32 cent to $1.0787 a pound; August lean hogs rose .25 cent to 68.22 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell .35 cent to 69.02 cents a pound.
