$3,000 will pay 6 months rent for the apartment. I am currnely in a contract till september 30, 2005. I can just let you stay in the aprtment untill that time and you can pay me rent and so on. But after sepetember I’ll need you to work with the land lord on getting a new lease signed. I have some furniture in the apartment you can have if you need it or i can get rid of it for you. I also was wondering how long you would be staying and when would you move in.

Thank you for the information, I will be arriving on the 1st of July 2005 and I will be leaving around teh 20th of sept. 2005.

All I want you to do is that as soon as you get the money I will like you to remove the ($475×3) the money for the rent and send the balance to me through western union so that I can arrainge and star comming, this is the only way I can get money from my sponsors because they only pay house rent.
